Mechanical System Description: Mechanical design/build of pharma Grade B/C/D cleanrooms. Extensive mechanical plant including chilled water system, heating water system, and industrial steam. Mechanical system includes large Air Handling Units, 4 pipe fan coil units, reheat coils, and make up air units. Process piping systems include WFI, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Vacuum, Chemical Free Steam, and Pure steam in orbitally welded and mechanically joined stainless steel piping. Plumbing systems include acid waste piping and interceptors and zone and premise backflow prevention.
